This is the follow-up in a 2 part series. Begin with reviewing information presented in Part 1. Learn how to use traditional blood tests to give you information about your health and how diet can influence these tests. What blood tests should you be having done? You're encouraged to bring a copy of your lab tests to follow along in class. Individuals will understand how to determine their degree of health and wellness by learning how to take blood pressures, heart rate, BMI, etc. With so many supplements on the market, learn how to determine which ones are the best to take. Finally, identify tips to help avoid and deal with cancer, diabetes, heart disease and arthritis.
